Terms of Service

By accessing or using VYRALYNK you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

VYRALYNK lets customers create a dynamic digital business card profile, publish it at a personal profile URL, and connect it to a physical NFC smart card and/or QR code. Visitors can view published profiles and share their contact details with the profile owner through the Exchange Contact feature. Customers can review captured connections and basic interaction analytics in a private dashboard.

You retain ownership of the content you publish (text, photos, logos, links). You grant VYRALYNK a non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to publish everything on your profile, and that anything you intentionally publish on your digital business card is public.

You agree not to:

• Publish false, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Impersonate another person or business, or claim a username you have no right to use.
• Use Exchange Contact submissions to spam, harass, or market to people without a lawful basis.
• Attempt to access other customers' accounts, leads, or private data.
• Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Reprogram VYRALYNK cards or links to redirect to deceptive or malicious destinations.

Each VYRALYNK card and QR code carries a permanent VYRALYNK link. That permanent link dynamically resolves to its associated profile: the profile details, and which profile a card is assigned to, can change over time without changing the URL physically encoded on the card, subject to the status of the account and card. VYRALYNK may suspend or deactivate links tied to suspended accounts or cards.

The VYRALYNK physical product is an NFC smart card finished with a custom printed/vinyl surface carrying your chosen branding. Customization is produced to the artwork and details approved at order time. Because each card is custom-finished and programmed, production times and final appearance may vary slightly; approved artwork is the reference for fulfillment.

Orders for cards and packages are recorded by VYRALYNK and fulfilled through our order workflow. Current launch pricing is one-time per order; payment is arranged with VYRALYNK through the contact or payment channels communicated at the time of ordering. We may introduce automated online payment in the future, in which case the payment terms presented at checkout will apply. One-time pricing does not create a promise of perpetual free hosting, features, or lifetime service; ongoing platform availability is described in Section 10.

You may edit, update, or unpublish your profile at any time from your dashboard. Profile edits take effect on the live profile without changing your card's physical encoding or permanent link.

We work to keep VYRALYNK reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We do not promise unlimited or lifetime service guarantees.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, profiles, cards, or links that violate these terms, create risk, or remain unpaid. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Upon termination, public profiles and associated links may be deactivated.

The VYRALYNK name, logo, platform, templates, and software are the property of VYRALYNK and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works of the platform except as permitted for normal use of your own profile.

Profiles may contain links to third-party sites and services (for example social networks or messaging apps), and sign-in may be provided via Google. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that profiles, links, or analytics will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYRALYNK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid VYRALYNK for the order giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold VYRALYNK harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or of any third party's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VYRALYNK regarding the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
