Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information VYRALYNK collects, how we use it, who can see it, and the choices you have. VYRALYNK is an NFC digital business card and professional networking platform: customers create dynamic public profiles, link them to physical NFC smart cards and QR codes, and capture connections through an Exchange Contact flow.

1. Information we collect

Account information.

When you create a VYRALYNK account, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your full name and a password. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic identity data from Google (such as your name, email address, and profile identifier) as permitted by your Google account settings.

Profile information.

Customers create digital business card profiles that may include a name, job title, companies, biography, services, portfolio items, photos, phone numbers, email addresses, messaging handles, and social media links. Information you intentionally publish on your digital business card is public and visible to anyone who opens your profile link, taps your NFC card, or scans your QR code.

Exchange Contact / lead information.

Visitors to a public profile can choose to share their own contact details with the profile owner through the Exchange Contact form (for example name and mobile number or email address). This information is submitted voluntarily by the visitor and is shared with the profile owner the visitor chose to contact. Profile owners can add private notes to these connections.

NFC / QR interaction and analytics data.

When someone opens a profile, taps an NFC card, or scans a QR code, we record analytics events such as the event type (for example a card tap, QR scan, profile view, or lead capture), the interaction source (NFC, QR, or direct link), and the time of the event. This lets customers understand how their card and profile perform.

Technical and log information.

Like most online services, our infrastructure automatically processes standard technical data when you use the platform, such as IP address, browser and device type, and request logs, for security, debugging, and reliability purposes.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Create and secure accounts and authenticate sign-ins.
  • Publish and serve customer profiles and digital business cards.
  • Deliver Exchange Contact submissions to the profile owner chosen by the visitor.
  • Provide analytics dashboards about card taps, profile views, and leads.
  • Operate order and fulfillment workflows for physical NFC cards.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the service.

VYRALYNK does not sell personal information and does not use your personal information for third-party advertising.

3. Public vs. private information

Anything you intentionally publish on your digital business card — such as your name, title, photo, business contact details, services, and social links — is public. Treat your published profile like a printed business card that anyone with the link, card, or QR code can read.

Leads captured through Exchange Contact, lead notes, account credentials, and administrative order details are private to the relevant customer account and authorized VYRALYNK platform administrators.

4. Service providers and infrastructure

We use reputable third-party service providers to operate VYRALYNK, including cloud hosting, database, and authentication providers (including Google for optional Google sign-in). These providers process data on our behalf only as needed to deliver the service. We do not disclose provider internals beyond what is necessary to describe the service.

5. Data retention

We retain account, profile, lead, and analytics data for as long as the relevant account or card remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

6. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, and row-level data isolation between customer accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act on suspected incidents promptly.

7. Your choices and rights

Customers can edit or unpublish their profile information at any time from their dashboard. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Visitors who submitted an Exchange Contact form may ask the profile owner (or us) to remove their submission.

8. Children's privacy

VYRALYNK is a professional networking tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International processing

VYRALYNK is operated from the Philippines and uses cloud infrastructure that may process data in other countries. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to the safeguards described in this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version; continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.

11. Contact
